
As a culinary teacher and cookbook author, I teach grilling, BBQ, French, Italian, wild game, and American comfort food classes. I scheduled a Classic Julia Cooking Class with my friends at A Thyme For Everything in Kansas City. Within a week the demand was so great that we have now added 9 classes. Along with the classes, we are now offering several of Julia Child's cookbooks to our wholesale list. Of course, we also have Julie & Julia, which hatched the inspiration for the wonderful movie of the same name. I am preparing 3 double recipes of Boeuf Bourguignon for each class... and Imust say the recipe is so delicious - I don't think I will tire of it.
